Giving grammarly the guts to call out a quiet crisis
Grammarly’s 2023 State of Business Communication Report found that workers are communicating more, but communication quality is declining and costing U.S. businesses a trillion dollars each year. We needed to follow that up with a demand gen campaign and webinar aimed at Forbes 2000 executives.
My team saw that Grammarly could be the first to give this massive, overlooked business problem a name. We called it the Workplace Miscommunication Crisis. It attracted 2,000 registrants, and 96% of attendees said they would attend a similar webinar again.
